For families and friends
A second opinion, not a babysitter.
Lamb is an AI assistant they just text. It helps them spot scams before they click, pay or call back, explains bills, letters and pill bottles, and keeps track of appointments. It’s theirs. If they’d like, they can choose you as the person Lamb texts when they don’t answer.
You can add them in step 2.

What they get
Help they’ll actually want to use.
Ask before they click, pay or call back.
Scam check They text or screenshot anything that feels off, and get a plain answer first. They decide what to do.
Letters and bills in plain words.
Paperwork translator A photo of a Medicare letter or a bill comes back in plain words, with anything urgent or suspicious flagged.
Nothing new to learn.
Just text No app, nothing to download. They use the phone they already have.
- Ruth: I got a text saying my package is held and I need to pay a fee at this link. Is it real?
- Lamb: That looks like a scam. Please don’t click the link or pay anything. You did the right thing by checking first.
What you get, if they choose it
You’re the one they’d want to hear from.
Lamb works for them, not for you. If they’d like, they can make you their contact.
A short text if a day goes quiet.
Daily check-in (their choice) If they turn on a daily hello and pick you, you get one short text if they don’t answer. It’s a nudge to call, not an alarm. Never in the middle of the night. Coming soon to the pilot.
A seat in the chat, when they invite you.
Family chat Go over a letter or plan an appointment together, in one group text with Lamb.
Give it as a gift.
Plans Start with a 2-week free trial. Then it’s the Text plan at $19.99/month, or All In at $39/month with room for one family member. Prices are proposed and may change before launch.
- Lamb: Text Lamb: Hi there, your family member hasn’t answered today’s check-in yet (sent at 9:00 AM). You may want to give them a call. Reply STOP to opt out.
That’s the whole text. If they miss a medicine reminder instead, the text just says a reminder wasn’t confirmed. It never names the medicine.
A reply only means they replied. Lamb isn’t an emergency service.
Before you sign them up
How to bring it up.
Most people don’t want to be checked on. Most people do like being asked for their opinion, and Lamb is a second opinion they control.
Try
“I found something you can text before you pay anyone or call a number back. It’s yours. Want to try it?”
Skip
“I want to keep an eye on you.”
“It’ll tell me if something’s wrong.”
Tip: Start with the scam check. They can turn on a daily hello later if they want one.
How it works
How it works for families.
Request an invite.
Start with your details.
Add them in step 2.
Their first name and mobile number.
Lamb says hello.
Lamb texts you both. They can reply STOP any time.
Questions from families
Will I see their messages?
You see what’s said in a group chat you’re both in. If they choose you for the daily check-in, you also get one short text when they haven’t answered. If it’s about a medicine reminder, the text just says a reminder wasn’t confirmed. It never names the medicine.
What if they don’t want it?
Then it’s their call. They can reply STOP at any time. Starting with the scam check is the gentlest way in.
Does a reply mean they’re OK?
It means they replied. Lamb isn’t a medical alert or emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
Who pays?
It starts with a 2-week free trial. After that, you can pay for it as a gift. See Plans for prices.
